Dina Simon is a seasoned executive, leadership advisor, author,
and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience helping
leaders and organizations strengthen their people, performance,
and impact.
As Founder and CEO of Simon & Associates, established in 2011,
Dina leads Simon Says Lead® and Simon Says HR®, providing
leadership development, executive coaching, organizational
effectiveness, and strategic HR consulting to organizations
ranging from growing businesses to global enterprises.
Prior to launching her own companies, Dina spent more than 20
years in the staffing industry, advancing from recruiter to senior
executive leadership.
During her corporate career, she oversaw 200 franchise locations
representing more than $500 million in revenue and worked with
Fortune 100 organizations, including PepsiCo, Apple, and
Amazon, on talent acquisition and workforce strategies. That
experience shaped her practical, people-first approach to
leadership and her belief that business results and people
strategy are deeply connected.
Dina is a certified Blanchard leadership facilitator and an
authorized partner for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®.
She works with executives, business owners, and leadership
teams to build stronger leaders, healthier organizations, and
sustainable business results. An active member of the C-Suite
Network community, Dina serves on the Thought Leader Council
and as a board member of the C-Suite Coaches Council.
She is the author of Make Unstoppable Simple: Creative Problem
Solving in Life and Leadership, featured in the C-Suite Book Club,
and co-host of Simon Says Inspire on C-Suite Radio, where she
shares conversations with business leaders, authors,
entrepreneurs, and changemakers about leadership, resilience,
purpose, and impact. Dina is also President of Simon Says Give®,
a nonprofit founded by her daughter that empowers young
people to make a difference in their communities. At the heart
