In an ever-changing world with GenAI, Susan is a catalyst for transformation, advising and serving leaders navigating both the ordinary and the challenging to create collaborative and adaptive performance for their business. Guiding self-awareness and understanding based on the values of their teams, clients, or potential employees; her diversity in training and work builds relationships empowering businesses and individuals to thrive with their expertise, bridging differences, unlocking perspectives and improving communications. Since 2015 she has integrated and utilized Codebreaker Technologies’ B.A.N.K.® methodology in personality science and their AI tools since 2019. She will complete the AI certification program before July 2026. This scientifically validated methodology is based in decision making and influence intelligence. Layered upon her decades of work in architecture, retail management, and consulting; with bodywork, including massage therapy and structural integration, Susan has a unique perspective to work environments and the human interactions involved in them. She turns simple conversations into pivotal moments of change, leveraging a combination of high-tech and personal high-touch. She joined C-Suite Network in 2016 and became a Thought Council member in 2020.
