Michael Van Erdewyk

Mike is an experienced CEO and leads on financing and capital raises, talent and culture, and operations. He has over 25 years of leadership, insurance, and financial experience, has led growing organizations, and has significant strategic business experience He is current founder and CEO of Fusebox (rebranded from Bright Bucks), an employee engagement and retention platform to private label mobile apps for employers. He served as CEO of ReliaMax from 2006 to 2018, a company engaged in insuring over $4 billion of private student loans and also build a student loan servicing app, servicing over $500 million. Mr. VanErdewyk obtained additional insurance and financial experience over nine years with EC Fackler, Prudential, EF Hutton, and Merrill Lynch. He was the Chairman, CEO, and Founder of Bioverse, a biotechnology company. Michael is married, 3 kids and 7 grandkids and is an avid traveler, skier, fisherman and hunter who grew up in South Dakota. He earned his bachelor degree from Dakota State University.
