Dr. Lucina Clarke
Dr. Lucina Clarke is an award-winning nonprofit leader, international speaker, author, and self-care advocate dedicated to empowering families and transforming communities. She is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of My Time Inc., a Brooklyn-based nonprofit organization committed to supporting parents and caregivers of children with autism and other developmental disabilities through education, advocacy, and community resources. With more than 18 years of service in the disability and nonprofit sectors, Dr. Clarke holds a Master's degree in Special Education, a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and is the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters. Her leadership has earned numerous recognitions, including the 2023 New York State Senate Women of Distinction Award. As a trusted thought leader, Dr. Clarke is passionate about advancing inclusive communities, strengthening family leadership, promoting self-care, and creating innovative solutions that improve the lives of the parents and caregivers of individuals with disabilities and those who support them. She is honored to serve on the Thought Council, where she is excited to contribute her expertise, lived experience, and collaborative leadership to help shape meaningful change.
