Thought leader in planning and environmental design and integration

Bio

Sandy is a highly-experienced project manager and respected thought leader in the land use and environmental arena. She has been appointed by three Florida governors to State-level boards and served with leaders from across the State as president of a coalition of regional councils. She is also founder of SWC, a 25-year engineering, planning and environmental science firm that has helped hundreds of public- and private-sector clients with projects ranging from single-family homes to major airports and roadways. Sandy sold SWC to Resource Environmental Solutions, LLC (RES) in December 2021 and now serves as the RES Coastal Group Lead in Florida. RES is a national company that excels at large habitat restoration and water quality improvement projects and she is helping the company expand into mangrove, seagrass, and coral restoration projects. She also works with major companies to develop and implement environmental legacy projects that are integrated into local communities to provide substantial benefits to the environment and acquire real bottom line company benefits as well. Sandy is honored to serve as an advisor to the C-Suite Network.
