Dina Simon is the Founder and CEO of Simon Says Lead, a boutique professional services firm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations achieve their growth goals.

Before founding Simon Says Lead, Dina accumulated 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. She began her journey as a recruiter and grew her career to vice president, overseeing 200 franchise locations and managing over $500 million in revenue. During this journey, she managed talent acquisition programs for Fortune 100 giants such as PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, Apple, Hewlett-Packard, and Amazon. 

With a strong passion for not only finding the right talent but also addressing how companies can develop and retain that talent, she became obsessed with growing leaders and their capabilities to lead and inspire teams. 

Dina is certified in numerous leadership, coaching, and change management programs through The Ken Blanchard Companies. She maintains her affiliation with Blanchard as a channel partner to provide Simon Says Lead clients with these training offerings. Certified in DiSC and the Five Behaviors, she is an authorized partner with the ability to use these assessments and training designs.

An ideal client is an individual, team, or company interested in growing personally and professionally to achieve their goals. She is known for her “unstoppable” spirit and desire to make a difference in the world. 

Over the past 12 years, she has also served as the President of Simon Says Give, a charitable organization founded by her daughter.
