Dina Simon is the Founder and CEO of Simon Says Lead, a boutique professional services firm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations achieve their growth goals.
Before founding Simon Says Lead, Dina accumulated 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. She began her journey as a recruiter and grew her career to vice president, overseeing 200 franchise locations and managing over $500 million in revenue. An ideal client is an individual, team, or company interested in growing personally and professionally to achieve their goals. She is known for her “unstoppable” spirit and desire to make a difference in the world.
Over the past 12 years, she has also served as the President of Simon Says Give, a charitable organization founded by her daughter.
