Kelly Leonard is a 30 plus year creative executive with the world famous comedy theatre and training center, The Second City. He is the co-author of the best selling book “Yes, And: Lessons From The Second City” and he hosts the “Getting To Yes, And” podcast for Second City, WGN Radio and the C-Suite Network. As a producer, he developed hundreds of shows with such talent as Steve Carell, Tina Fey, Stephen Colbert, Keegan Michael Key, Amy Poehler, Seth Meyers, Horatio Sanz and more. Kelly co-leads The Second Science Project, an initiative that began at the Center for Decision Research at the University of Chicago that looks at behavioral science through the lens of improvisation. He has guest lectured at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Booth School of Business and has presented Keynotes at Twitter, Microsoft, The Code Conference and TEDxBroadway. He lives in Chicago with his wife, Anne Libera.
