Tina defines “stress” as the amount of control we think we have over a situation (which, right away, puts the idea of “stress” into a scalable, manageable perspective). Take a deep breath and exhale fully before you read on. Really. We’ll wait. Okay, did you notice a change in your thoughts, feelings or body? That old cliché, “take a deep breath and count to ten before you respond” still works. Whenever you notice your mind drifting over to the aspects of the pandemic you don’t have any control over, take a deep breath and count to ten. What do you do to get your stress level under control?
