Allison Hartsoe is the Founder and CEO of Ambition Data.

Allison effectively aligns leaders and implementers across business units to harness existing resources and foster a connected culture of customer-centric innovation. Allison is a deeply skilled marketing technologist with a broad strategic view and a passion for analysis. She has built and executed digital analytics strategies for Fortune 500 customers including Blackrock, BlueShield, Genentech, GlaxoSmithKline, HP, Intel, Microsoft, Nike, Seagate, and SelectQuote.

Before Ambition Data LLC, Allison was Group Director, Digital Intelligence at Cardinal Path, Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and VP Analytics at Semphonic. Allison led several of Semphonic’s largest engagements.

Allison was the founder and CEO of Aspyro. Aspyro business-analysis technology included proprietary algorithms to help eBay power sellers determine which products are most likely to provide the best return on investment within the eBay channel.

Allison co-founded iSyndicate in San Francisco. iSyndicate sold digital content to Fortune 500 corporations from media publishers. The company grew to 230 employees with 6 domestic offices and 3 international before being acquired by a competitor in August 2001. Allison led the International Team where she opened iSyndicate’s first European office in London and later struck a 50-50 joint venture with media powerhouse Bertelsmann.

Allison’s experience and passion for analysis allow her to see future trends and relate it all the way back to the tactical moves her clients need to make today.

Allison is published in, Fast Company, Online Marketing and her blog, Schrodinger’s Cat. She has spoken at Conversion Conference, eMetrics, and the Tableau User Conference.

Outside of work, Allison loves to travel, skiing, and family adventures. She has climbed the Great Wall of China, scaled Mt. Kilimanjaro, bicycled across the USA and rocked a number of local trivia competitions.
