After years of following societal norms and achieving external success, Raquel Casian found herself feeling unfulfilled. A sudden illness became the catalyst for her health journey, revealing that despite having it all, she was living in constant stress and survival mode.

My journey began with cleansing my body and spirit using master plants from the Peruvian Jungle. It was a transformative and challenging experience that highlighted my concern for others’ opinions and the exhaustion of not embracing my true self and feminine energy. This marked the birth of ‘A Journey Inward,’ unbeknownst to me at the time.
