Marc My Words

Although it’s been a relaxing summer, Marc has kept very busy. A six month period of hard work on this podcast lead the way for a more open schedule filled with much deserved relaxation. However, it’s turned into a busy time as well. Marc talks about the transition from working a day job where he needed to wake up at 3am and commute 90-120 minutes into work to working from home and landing a dream job all at the same time. Marc reflects on the hard work and obstacles he’s had to overcome in order to find his way to achieving longterm goals he had for himself. Most importantly, Marc wants to use his story to inspire others and make them see that they too can achieve the goals they want to accomplish in their lives. Marc also talks about the impact talking about himself and his success has had on how he sees himself and the people he is connected to.

Gigi M.Green thought she had found job she needed to build her resume and grow as a professional in Hollywood when she landed her job as a Showrunner’s Assistant on the award winning Disney show Good Luck Charlie. However, Gigi soon found out that although she had a great job on her resume, it wasn’t enough to build a career on. After going 2 years without landing an entertainment industry gig, Gigi knew she needed to make some changes in order to continue with her passion. This lead Gigi to networking and eventually starting her own production company. Today she is the owner of KIOME Entertainment where she works as a Screenwriter and Producer in addition to running the business itself. Pamela Crane is a person who has many talents and passions, but the one interest that her career revolves around is yoga. Marc has been able to speak publicly and meet great new people in real time that have had a huge impact on him in 2021.

Roman Mironov will surprise you with his effortless charisma and ability to teach you lessons about relationships so effortlessly. Roman talked to Marc about how the downfall of his first marriage lead him to move away from his home in Russia to Toronto. Although he was already an entrepreneur, Roman decided to take a different path once he started his new journey in Canada. Thanks to the mentorship of the Tony Robbins School of Coaching (Robbins Madanes to be exact), Roman was able to distance himself from his translator business and start his own relationship coaching business. Not only does he teach people how to keep their relationships from failing, he also teaches how to train your mind to move on from habits that can be very destructive to intimate relationships. 

If there is one thing Marc learned about Hannah Shanahan it’s that she is very passionate about the entrepreneurial world and is fiercely independent in building her fashion business. Hannah told the story of what inspired her to transition out of the hospitality business, travel the world, and build her own retail fashion line. Internship after internship around the world lead Hannah to learn many of the things she now knows about how to run her own business. Although mentorship is important, in Hannah’s mind, carving your own path and creating your own voice and product is what drives her to succeed more than anything else. This is truly an inspirational episode for those who are hesitant to step out on their own or for those who are already independent, but need an extra bit of inspiration from somebody who has made their way alone.

Andy Vargo is a man who had a very typical life as a husband, father, and Account Executive until one day he decided to get real with himself. By facing who he really is and embracing “his awkward” Andy has come of age and has moved his life in a direction that reflects who Andy wants to be. As a speaker, coach, comedian, and podcast host, Andy has found his voice and is “Owning His Awkward” while teaching others to do the same. Deidra Kindred didn’t always want to be a nurse, but the universe kept pulling her in that direction. In a career path that sees many people drop out before they graduate, Deidra has not only made as the 1/3rd of nursing students who graduate from nursing school, she has excelled at her craft. Although Deidra had developed a passion for her career, the idea of entrepreneurship was always in the back of her mind thanks to the influence her entrepreneurial minded mother. In order to make the type of impact she wanted to make, Deidra opened a nursing liaison company that would give her the opportunity to provide a level of care that would go beyond what she was doing in the hospital. Deidra and Marc go into detail about starting such a unique venture and the impact it has had on her life and career.
