The best way to do that is to only sign in agreement to contracts that are clear, precise and easily understood. Making sure terms of the contract not only what happens when the transaction goes well, but also what happens if things don’t go well is crucial to all.

Licensees should remember, GAAP principles are called out in the law. Licensees holding Trust Accounts should realize they are acting in a trust relationship with their clients. Trust Accounts are not typical business accounts, they are accounts that hold other peoples money.
