Sue Bingham

Sue Bingham, Founder and Principal of HPWP Group, started a small consulting team over 25 years ago after she became disenchanted as a corporate executive with the HR role people chose to play or were directed to play. Rather than policy administration, traditional disciplinary practices and handling employee complaints, she chose to add value to the business by coaching managers and leaders to adopt practices and behaviors that demonstrate and maximize the value of people.  Since then she and her team have helped visionary, courageous leaders create a high trust culture of adult communication and high expectations that results in attracting and retaining truly great people.
