At just 15 years old, Jill Parsons began her career designing graphics for local shops and restaurants. Her dual degrees in Graphic Design and Strategic Communications soon followed, and within days of graduating, earned her first true full service advertising client and Media High Ground was born. Jill has a keen awareness of what’s been missing from the ad agency ecosystem, which is an understanding of clients’ customers and how to attract them on virtually any media. While so many agencies concentrate on big budgeted clients and the hottest trends, Jill studies what actually drives consumer behavior. In 2023, her executive presence and early wins gained attention from her father, Tom Parsons, who has now joined her on what has become a rapid trajectory of growth and success.
