Leadership is a responsibility I have never taken lightly. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside extraordinary entrepreneurs, executives, and visionaries who are building businesses, leading teams, and creating meaningful impact in the world across a wide number of industries.
It is with gratitude and humility that I step in as Chair of the Women’s Wealth Symposium, scheduled for Saturday, March 6, 2027. It is truly an honor to be trusted with any role that exists to elevate and support women who are committed to growing not only their businesses, but their influence, wealth, and ability to lead and deliver profound outcomes.
I also want to recognize the vision behind this community and the woman who helped bring it to life. Marah Fineberg-Kuck, founder of the Women’s Wealth Symposium, created this initiative a decade ago with a clear mission: to help women gain the knowledge, confidence, and resources needed to build financial security and long-term wealth.
What began as a focused effort to educate women about money has grown into a much broader movement dedicated to advancing financial empowerment, leadership, and opportunity for women everywhere. Marah recognized early on that when women are equipped with the right knowledge and surrounded by the right community, they are capable of building not only successful businesses but lasting wealth and creating lasting contributions.
The Women’s Wealth Symposium has long been a place where remarkable women come together to share wisdom, challenge one another to grow, and create opportunities that extend far beyond a single event. These are not just conversations about success; they are conversations about leadership, responsibility, and legacy.
Throughout my career, I have witnessed something powerful when leaders gather with intention. When accomplished women sit at the same table, there is a level of honesty, insight, and collaboration that creates powerful momentums. We share lessons learned, hard-earned wisdom, and perspectives that help each other move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
We are now at a stage where there are enough women with significant success at every stage of life and opportunities to learn and grow together have never been greater.
This is one of the reasons I care so deeply about creating spaces where women leaders can connect in meaningful ways.
Here at the C-SUITE NETWORK™, we are fortunate to have an incredible community of women who are founders, CEOs, advisors, investors, and innovators. These women are building companies, guiding organizations, and influencing industries. Their leadership matters.
As I step into this role with the Women’s Wealth Symposium, it has also inspired us to continue expanding opportunities for women within our own community to gather, share insights, and support one another’s leadership journeys.
Throughout the year, we will be inviting women within the C-SUITE NETWORK™ community to join us for virtual conversations designed to bring accomplished leaders together. These forums will create space for thoughtful dialogue around leadership, wealth, authority, and the real experiences that shape women’s journeys in business.
Each session will feature a successful leader whose experience and insight will help guide meaningful conversations around leadership, wealth, and influence.
At its heart, the goal is simple: to create spaces for women to come together, share wisdom, support one another, and continue building the confidence and capability that allows women to lead and build lasting impact.
I am deeply grateful to be part of communities that believe in the power of women leading together — and I look forward to the conversations, collaborations, and impact that lie ahead.
