In this episode Marc sits down with Lila Smith, the passionate Founder and Creator of Say Things Better. Jessica Dawn Russell sits down with Marc to talk about her career as an executive in Hollywood and in real estate. Jessica tells the story of how her vision for her own life went from a white picket fence type of existence to building the entrepreneurial career she has established today. Jillian Webber stopped by to talk about her experiences in the Army and how she wound up taking that path over a more traditional one. Her current career as a life coach and speaker was inspired by unfortunate experiences she had while serving. Between issues she had fitting in to very traumatic experiences she faced with sexual assault and a broken marriage, Jillian faced obstacles that would leave some people broken. However, Jillian stepped up, worked hard, and regained her self confidence. After being given the opportunity to speak about her experience and help others, Jillian decided to apply this to her career as a speaker, consultant, and life coach in order to help others deal with some of the same obstacles.

Star Hansen took some time to talk to Marc about what inspired her to be a professional organizer. Star also discusses how she can see beyond the clutter and tell people things about their lives depending on how their living space(s) looks like. From a messy kitchen to a disorganized closet, Star has the ability to help people see how the current state of their living space is actually a reflection of something they might be going through in their own lives. Marc also asked Star to talk about her career progression and how her transition from actress to professional organizer occurred. 

Birgit Itse might be a writer and speaker today, but for most of her life she struggled to find what her true identity was. Recently she made the decision to focus more on being herself and channeling that through her passions as a writer and speaker. A move to Scotland and the start of her business called the Word Accord has helped Birgit to truly be herself and others through her passions. Marc and Birgit talk about her journey of self discovery, the ups and downs she went through, and all of the career transitions that were made in the process. Birgit has a very poetic and heartfelt perspective on how she perceives her own journey of self discovery and how she has arrived to the place she is at today.
