Elisabet Wollsén got her psychologist degree from Stockholm University, and has also been a board member of the National Board on Health and Welfare, and is also a member of AGPA – which makes her certified as to give education points for other psychotherapists studying for their license. She’s the author of several dissertations and other writings on communication – about the importance of the language we use in our interactions. She calls her method Life Staging, and the central idea of Elisabet’s work is this – and she opens every talk or workshop with this question: ‘What are we here to do?’ or the better translation in her native language Swedish, would be: ‘What business do we have being here?’¨

Kevin’s out to disrupt the transportation industry-and more specifically what he calls̈thelast mile deliveries ̈.According to Kevin, they’re the ones delivered within your city, often by vans,causing unnecessary congestion and pollution.

Kevin wants to offer̈ thesustainablesolution̈ to same-day deliveries in busy cities.Here’s how this company works:

1.An instant or scheduled delivery is requested.

2.Their ̈Urber ̈ community gets notified(this works much like Uber, or AirBnB, where regular citizens like yourself can sign up to provide the service only taxis, hotels and delivery companies have been offering to date.)

3.Thë Urber̈ picks-up a customerorder in-store (perhaps thë Urber̈had an errand to run tothat store anyway…?)

4.Thë Urber̈ delivers the products, anywhere, anytime at a time convenient to the customer(instead of you being asked to stay home between 9 AM–5 PM on a workday for a delivery.)

5.The customer provides feedback on ̈their ̈̈Urber̈ and the overall customer experience.

On the side (as if she doesn’t have enough on her plate!), she runs BUILD Your Voice, the largest non-profit effort to provide coaching and training to communities in need. They offer trainings, powered by the research 200+ professions have gifted the foundation… these trainings are offered to communities who wouldn’t otherwise have access to high level training. The foundation helps ~75k humans each year.
