As the founder and President of Corporate Connections LLC, I have leveraged my MA in Organizational Management and over 20 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition to help clients achieve their strategic goals and optimize their performance and profitability. I have successfully grown my company by providing end-to-end solutions for HR operations, policies, procedures, compensation, benefits, learning, development, branding, budgeting, planning, performance, change, metrics, and engagement. In addition to running my own business, I am also passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with others. I teach professional development to international master's degree students as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas at Dallas, I currently serve on the Board of Directors of Women With Promise. I am also a Gold Award winner for Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Professional of the Year, recognized for my excellence in creating cost-effective, high-return, EBITDA support, HCROI, and E2E talent acquisition solutions globally.
