My name is Marcos Correa, and I’m 33 years old from Central Virginia. I am a husband, father of 3, and a full-time engineer of 13 years in the telecom industry. On the side, I currently own and operate 3 small businesses, all in varying fields: bakery (4yrs), carpentry (2yrs), and business coaching/consulting (2yrs). With a passion and intuition for growing small businesses through my knowledge and expertise, I’ve assisted various small businesses in developing growth strategies through unconventional methods customized to their business goals.

                 The bakery, “Loafin’ Around Breads, LLC”, was built out of necessity. During a time of a major life transition, the goal initially was to “just make ends meet”. As the name suggests, this is a specialty niche bakery focused on a variety of artisan breads. Because the cost of supplies needed was low, I was able to begin selling almost immediately to friends and family to get a small sample size for quality. This grew exponentially as they shared with their friends and family.  My wife and I decided to officially launch this publicly at various events and venues in the Virginia region. Since then, we have expanded our line to nearly 2 dozen varieties and have even branched out to condiments such as jams, butters, and spices.

                 My carpentry shop, Bored Boards, LLC, started as a nod to my childhood, where I spent many summers with my grandfather in a wood shop. It was there that I learned the meaning of hard work and dedication, along with countless other life lessons. While expecting our first child, my wife and I needed nursery items such as a table and a matching wooden bookshelf. After some exploring on Pinterest (yes, guys can use Pinterest, too), I found some items that I felt were simple enough to try out. We shared these items on social media and immediately, our friends and family wanted their own items made. Unexpected growth and popularity with our wooden crate items far surpassed our expectations and in the past 2 years, we have furnished hundreds of homes and businesses throughout Virginia.

                 With these successes, and the relationships built within my network through the past 4 years, many business owners began approaching me looking for consulting and advice in growing their own businesses. This mostly began as just friendly favors to businesses who helped me grow my own. As reputation and clients began growing, I decided to begin scaling this service into an actual service based business, “Regen Business Solutions, LLC”. As the slogan suggests, my focus is “Business Growth, Reimagined”. Here, I offer my consulting/coaching services to various small businesses locally and across the country through Upwork. My primary focus, when working with business owners, is to develop creative growth and marketing strategies that focuses on more engagement within the community. This helps to provide a fresh perspective for business owners to scale their businesses more organically using less marketing dollars.

The statistics companies face are very stark with 80% of employees unhappy in the workplace, resulting in $550 billion a year in lost productivity resulting in much higher internal costs, and if not fixed, the results could be fatal.

After using intuitive resonance to grow several entrepreneurial ventures to over $20 million, I began teaching other companies how to use it to provide an uplift in productivity, elevating their business success to a whole new level.

When wondering why so many people put themselves through incredible pain and hardship by ignoring their intuition, Sunil spent thousands of hours in research and interviewed over 1,000 people who shared deeply personal stories on how ignoring intuition impacted their lives, to discover that intuition is incredibly complex, and if not properly understood, people would ignore the unique intuitive signals their intuition was sending them, making bad decisions that sent them on a path that that they regretted being on.

Adam Joseph Carswell was born at Lake East Hospital in Painesville, OH on March 18, 1991 to Michael and Diane Carswell. Adam grew up in Painesville, and attended Painesville City Schools until grade six when he transferred to Our Shepherd Lutheran School. Carswell attended Notre Dame – Cathedral Latin High School where he played varsity basketball and track and field.

He continued the same athletics as a two-sport athlete at Westminster College (PA) where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, and in his final season competed alongside his younger brother, Paul (2012-2013).

Carswell earned his MBA at Galen University in San Ignacio, Belize where he played for, and coached, two national championship basketball teams (2013-2014, 2014-2015).

After graduating from Galen in December 2014, Adam moved back to the US where he began his career with the Sherwin-Williams Paint Company in Washington, D.C..

He managed stores for Sherwin-Williams for two years before making a full-time career transition into Real Estate in 2017 as a Realtor with RE/MAX Distinctive in McLean, VA.

Currently, Carswell is a Director at Concordia Realty Corporation and Business Development Manager at Asym Capital, two privately-held commercial real estate firms.

Travis Huff started working for the Walt Disney Company & ABC-30 Television after his graduation from the Craig School of Business at Fresno State.  He developed from a young energetic graduate into a seasoned media executive learning the TV Broadcast & Digital Media Business and working with brands like McDonald’s down to small local businesses to drive sales using advertising. In June of 2009,  after a coffee with a friend revealed that in the future business owners would need Facebook Pages managed, he took that idea and Real-time Outsource was born… we’re now a social media management firm with clients worldwide mostly focused on English & Spanish speaking campaigns.

• Ran first 80K (50 mile ultramarathon), 8 hours and 30 minutes event in Peru before ever having participated in a full marathon, only having had completed 21 km events. To date: Has completed five ultramarathons and four marathons throughout different parts of the world.

• Has a vacation home in Miraflores(Lima), Peru, where he spends the Summers.

• Decided to start a business, literally at the unemployment office waiting to learn how much his unemployment check would be, after getting laid off in 2000.

• Life changing experience: spent three solid months working and living at the 9-11 clean-up site in Staten Island, NY, where all of the debris was brought from Manhattan to later be examined for evidence. Life changing experience to see the magnitude of the 9-11 damage up-close. In the end, they were able to identify 1200 victims at that site. Everyday was an emotional one, to say the least.
