About Selling In A Skirt

Selling In A Skirt with Judy Hoberman is about women in business, mindset, confidence, leadership and current events. It’s your connection to women nationally, internationally and globally. Sales and leadership is a combination that should go without saying. You can't be in sales without being a leader and you can't lead without being in sales... You'll hear a conversation... not an interrogation. The results, whether you are in sales, life or being a host of a podcast are long-term relationships. Be prepared to be inspired, motivated and challenged.

Both Judy and her guest Faswilla Sampson agree, investing in a personal development coach is one of the best things you can do to achieve success. Faswilla shares her story of being a single mother, frustrated by a boss who told her she wasn’t getting a raise or a big bonus. At the time, Faswilla thought investing in a business coach wasn’t for her, but she took the plunge. Not only did she get the bonus, but she also got a promotion. Faswilla and Judy also talked about getting male CEOs to see the potential of their female workforce and Faswilla’s new book The Leadership Development Tool Kit: Redesigning Your Template to Drive Individual and Organizational Change.

Taking risks and grappling with your past takes courage, but it pays off. Kimberly Love overcame abuse, transformed her life, and helps women do the same. Kimberly talks about the importance of listening and why we need to engage with each other face-to-face, not through social media. Changing your mindset is also an essential part of Kimberly’s teaching. How you talk to yourself in your head can have a significant impact on your wellbeing and setting up a morning routine can help you in your journey. That’s just a taste of the topics Judy and Kimberly take head-on in this episode.
