    Diane Rosenkrantz is a senior consultant with Tenet Financial Group since 2009. She trains both franchise brokers and loan brokers on the 401k/IRA Rollover Funding Option.     Bethany Babcock founded Foresite Real Estate in 2014. She graduated from UTSA double majoring in International Business and Finance. She went on to earn her MBA with a concentration in Finance from Texas A&M University.

    She was named by the San Antonio Business Journal in 2018 as one of the “40 under 40”. Bethany is one of very few brokers in San Antonio to have been named one of the top 10 Brokers by Costar in the categories of both leasing and investment sales. She also guest lectures for the Real Estate Finance Department at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
