GA is a strategic advisor and integrated solutions provider to both for-profits and nonprofits in strategic planning; bus dev; innovation/change leadership, talent mgmt, educ/prof development; integrated omnichannel mktg; mkt research, intelligence, data analytics; telehealth, other strategic healthcare programs; and affinity, loyalty, rewards programs.

The Council is a new model of engagement with focus on “Big M” Marketing, involving entire C-suite and other significant stakeholders in an organization’s mktg processes, including everything from the highest level of business strategy to all aspects of execution.

Served as President/CEO, Direct Marketing Assoc (DMA); President/CEO, Yellow Pages Publishers (now Local Search) Assoc; SVP mktg/tech/bus dev at RR Donnelley Financial; at AT&T served in a broad range of mktg, sales, tech, and bus dev leadership positions, culminating as Director of Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award-winning Consumer Laboratory, Marketing Sciences Center of Excellence at Bell Laboratories; and at RCA as design engineer/product mgr.

Serves as Sr Exec Advisor to CommunicationsMatch , chairs advisory board. Served on boards of Ad Council, Advertising Week, ProLiteracy Worldwide, Literacy Volunteers of America, Alliance for Learning, and Interclass.

Served on advisory boards of Brilig, online data exchange; Personify, assoc/donor mgmt system; Opentopic, IBM Watson AI partner; Blue Sky eLearn, learning/virtual events; and Patient Privacy Rights, nonprofit for control over personal health info. Served on UN’s Health Data task force, Council of BBB National Advertising Review Council, U.S. Chamber of Commerce Assoc Committee of 100, and as trustee of Monmouth Univ. MBA, Columbia Univ; BS, Electronic Engineering, Monmouth Univ; both w/honors
