Jeanette BroneeCEO, Founder, Performance Strategist, Path for Life, Inc.
Jeanette Bronée founded Path for Life in 2004 to bring awareness to our own power for taking charge of our health, while also seeking optimal performance at work. After both her parents died of cancer just 1 year apart and she was told at the age of 40, that it was only a matter of when she was going to get cancer too, she decided it was time to not only take better care of herself, but also help others integrate work/life instead of compromising their health for career.
She helps leaders and companies rethink performance and culture to create sustainable success. She believes that our best resource is our humanity and she has given TEDx talks and speaks at conferences and corporate events about, why the competitive edge we are looking for comes from the inside out. She believes our best resource is our humanity and she has given two TEDx talks and speaks at conferences and corporate events about, why the competitive edge we are looking for comes from the inside out.
She has contributed chapters to several books and her own book EAT TO FEEL FULL gained nation-wide recognition on the morning TV news as the new approach that breaks up with our dieting mentality and focuses on how we eat to satisfy our hunger and fuel our performance from the inside out. She has been featured in NY Times, Fast Company Magazine and Huffington Post as the “stress-buster”.
Started her first company at 23 and apart from having a degree in marketing and communication she is a certified Integrative Nutritionist and Meta-Medicine Health Coach. Because of her interest in the power of our mind, she is also certified as a Hypno-Therapist (don’t worry she doesn’t do trick) and as a Felt Sense Focusing Professional. Born in Denmark she grew up with “hygge”, which she has translated into our innate search (and longing) for nourishment.
