Launching 3Q2019, WeCare4 evolved out of Carol’s innovative childcare/eldercare placement/consulting company, Family Care Necessities. As a recognized leader in childcare and eldercare, Carol was selected as a childcare industry expert for a segment of “Oprah” and published, Oh No!

We Need a Nanny!, a complete guide for searching for childcare. Cofounder-Marketing IMPACT Council and Cofounder/President/COO-Greco Associates, a strategic advisor and integrated solutions provider for for-profits and nonprofits. Performed business and individual needs assessment, recruiting, and staffing for for-profits and nonprofits, independently, as well as with Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry International company.

Previously held domestic and international telecommunications positions with both AT&T and ITT in competitive assessment, business development, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, sales, staffing, and industry regulation.
