The C-Suite Network, the world’s most trusted network of C-Suite leaders, announced today Chairman and CEO, Jeffrey Hayzlett and co-author Jim Eber, won the Nautilus Award for their fourth book, The Hero Factor: How Great Leaders Transform Great Organizations and Create Winning Cultures. The book won silver in the Business and Leadership category.

The Hero Factor demonstrates how great leaders implement the core values in their companies to create a culture that permeates every aspect of their business and encourages every leader to become part of this movement―while also keeping in mind, the importance of profits.  The book also guides executives on a path to operational excellence, honing their skills to become hero companies and hero leaders.
