Bob has spent the past 20 years teaching the principles of highly effective leadership to some of the most successful companies in the country. He engages crew and team leaders in all industries to focus on creating the highest performing work environments possible.

Bob grew up on a wheat and cattle farm in western Kansas and is a graduate Civil Engineer. Early in his career, Bob’s work as a Construction Project Manager, as well as a Human Resources and Training Director, uncovered his passion for helping leaders and team members develop engaging work environments.

Bob is also a keynote speaker, commercial voiceover and video actor, and occasionally finds himself revisiting the improv stage.
