Dr. Eric George is an internationally renowned hand surgeon, serial entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist, and author. He is the founder and CEO of ERG Enterprises, founder and CEO of Hand Center of Louisiana, CEO of Omega Hospital, and chairman of East Jefferson Ambulatory Surgical Center. 

Nationally regarded as among the most successful entrepreneurs and investors in the Southeastern United States, George brings exceptional expertise in the area of small business. Over his 27-year career, he has established several healthcare organizations, which he continues to lead and credits for teaching him how to grow an enterprise consistently beyond the startup phase. He has also developed a proven track record for investing in small businesses demonstrating viability but lacking the capital and know-how to reach their potential. Additionally, he has pioneered novel forms of investing, including a focus on historic preservation through real estate investment.

George is a thought leader and frequent speaker on leadership, entrepreneurship, and investing. He has appeared in or contributed to several leading media outlets, such as Entrepreneur, Forbes, and Thrive Global. He is a regular guest on leading podcasts, including Eddie Turner’s Keep Leading!® podcast, David Meltzer’s The Playbook, Henry Kaminski’s The Brand Doctor, and others. He is also the featured subject of an upcoming episode of Behind the Scenes with Laurence Fishburne, which will explore his commitment to historic preservation in New Orleans through commercial real estate investment and entrepreneurship.

As a philanthropist, George established the Colonel Aaron C-Dot George Scholarship at Marshall University, an annual fund named after his brother, who died as a fighter pilot in a training accident. He also serves on numerous civic, charitable, and educational boards, and contributes to many causes including the New York University Law School, the St. Martin’s Episcopal School George Cottage in New Orleans, and a school for orphans in Mombasa, Kenya.

At Hearst Corp., reporting to the CEO, Beth created and for five years led Hearst Corporate Innovation, fostering a company-wide culture of innovation and knowledge-sharing and establishing a pipeline of internally-generated ideas for new digital businesses.

As the founder of The Critical Junctures Group, Beth works closely with senior decision-makers to help them find the insights and strategies they need to navigate through critical junctures. Her goal is to consistently provide vision, create value, and produce results.

Virginia “Ginny” Clarke joined Google in 2016 as Director, Leadership Staffing, based in Mountain View, CA. In this role, she leads the Diversity, Internal Mobility, and the Non-tech Recruiting teams. Her team of North American recruiters finds and hires senior leaders (Directors +) for finance, sales, marketing, and other G&A functions across Google. 

Before Google, Ginny was a Partner at Spencer Stuart, the global executive search firm, based in Chicago. For 12 years, she worked in the firm’s Financial Services and Financial Officer Practices, and co-founded and led Spencer Stuart’s Global Diversity Practice. She left Spencer Stuart to write a book called “Career Mapping: Charting Your Course in the New World of Work,” which was published in 2011. The book provides a framework that empowers individuals to plot and assess their professional competencies and strategically navigate their careers.

After the book was published, Ginny ran her executive search and talent management firm for three years before becoming a Senior Partner for Executive Search in the U.S. at Knightsbridge, a Canadian human capital solutions firm. 

Ginny started her career in banking at First National Bank of Chicago (now Chase). After a short stint, she spent several years in the real estate investment management business with Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”) and Prudential Real Estate Investors. Her responsibilities included asset management, portfolio management, capital raising, and client servicing.  

She earned her BA in French and Linguistics from the University of California at Davis and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School. Ginny is the single mother of an adult son, Julian, who works in the entertainment industry.
