In the Mastermind format, everyone has the opportunity to collaborate together, challenge each other, stress-test ideas and refine your strategy – in a trusting and confidential environment. Each month, we will introduce a topic for discussion, and then invite members to be on the “hot seat” – providing the opportunity to discuss their biggest challenge, their most daunting obstacle, their critical decision point, or any roadblock they may be experiencing, so that they have the opportunity to receive objective, unbiased guidance and insight. The rest of the session is dedicated to problem-solving, idea-generation and strategic guidance to help the member overcome obstacles, resolve conflict and leverage opportunities.
