Today’s guest speaker is Tom Hawes, Founder of JTHawes Consulting.

Tom founded JTHawes Consulting, LLC, in 2009 to bring the lessons of effective strategy and competitive intelligence to high technology business leaders. He was a regular columnist in the Competitive Intelligence Magazine published by the Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals. He is also founder of the Competitive Intelligence Case Studies site used by global thought leaders to discuss and debate solutions to strategy problems.

In 2011, Tom embarked on a new journey dedicated to helping CEO’s and Business Owners live out their Christian faith in successful businesses. By merging strong business experience with a conviction that God’s equips leaders with gifts for a purpose, C12 helps those leaders build great businesses for greater purposes. For Tom, this has been a growth step of moving beyond former standards of success to God’s standard of significance.

Tom purchased the franchise for Collin and Denton Counties in 2015 where he led five groups. In 2018 and 2021, Tom acquired the rest of the North Texas territory while building a team of eight chairs. In 2022, the territory was expanded to include Waco, Texas.

He has won several national awards including Chair of the Year. Bema Award, Outstanding Territory Leader, and multiple operational awards.
