Tabitha Laser

Book Description

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over & over and expecting different results. We have fallen into a pattern where we repeat the mistakes others made in the past, but have we asked ourselves, why are we making the same mistakes? The answer is lack of leadership development.

Much like a strong foundation is critical to the stability of any physical structure, organizations must build foundations capable of bearing the weight of growth and pressure of change. Cultures can quickly become toxic, killing an organization’s ability to succeed, when leaders build Deadly Expectations into their Foundation for Success.

Millennials and future leaders no longer have to make the mistakes of yesterday in order to learn valuable lessons tomorrow; they can have the answers they need today! Laser brilliantly combines her expertise in risk reduction, human behavior and strategy with existing ‘better’ practices and learnings from others, in this entertaining, easy to read, solution-packed beginner’s guide to leadership essentials.

T.A. Laser, an insider with nearly three decades of experience in leading, educating and advising Fortune 500 companies, governments and communities around the globe, reveals how the lack of leadership development opportunities and ignorance of Deadly Practices lie at the root of many problems currently plaguing organizations.

Laser believes that everyone has the ability to impact positive change and invites you to join her on the journey towards building better paths to success!
