He has spent over 25 years as a leadership consultant in management and technology, and worked with many Fortune 500 companies in the health care, financial services, technology, and manufacturing industry sectors.

He advises companies on business transformation initiatives, guides them on operational optimization, drives strategic change to realize vision, executes strategic programs, and delivers sustainable results.
He developed this deep expertise through his hands-on consulting engagements, line role at a South Asian manufacturing conglomerate, and thought leadership in the form of authoring, speaking, and training.
