Jill Griffin is a NYSE independent public board director; board seat strategist; internationally-published, Harvard "Working Knowledge" author; and noted thought-leader on customer loyalty and how to earn a seat on a corporate board.
Since 2003, Jill has served as Board Director for Luby's/Fuddruckers Restaurants (NYSE: LUB). She chairs the Personnel & Administration committee with oversight for Store Operations, Human Resources, Marketing/Social Media, Information Technology and Management Succession. She serves on the Nominating & Governance Committee and the Compensation Committee.
She has provided oversight on the turnaround of the beloved Luby's cafeteria brand (NYSE: LUB); acquisition and renewal of the Fuddruckers hamburger brand; development of Luby's Culinary Services and its launch into health care facilities.
