25+ years of experience in strategy, fund raising, sales and business development with several start-up technology companies including IBM and numerous Silicon Valley start-ups as well as management consulting work (Symmetrix and Nextera) and general management experience with a few companies in the health and fitness industry.

Since 2011, provide consulting services focused on innovating top line initiatives – sales, marketing and business development – as well as advising on fundraising and corporate strategy. In parallel make angel investments in real estate, healthcare, clean tech and technology (software and service) start-ups.

From 2006 to 2010, Erik Christoffersen served as the Executive Director for the non-profit, the San Francisco Museum and Historical Society, where he led the Mint Project, a $100 million renovation of the Old United States Mint.

Prior to this job, worked for more than 7 years in the health and wellness industry as a senior executive for Apex Fitness Group (subsidiary of 24 Hour Fitness) and Asimba (an Internet sports and fitness service now part of Weider Publications).

Started career with IBM Norway spending seven years as a member of the team to deploy IBM’s private global network offerings to corporate customers throughout Scandinavia and to launch IBM Consulting Group in Scandinavia.

While in Norway, started a semi-professional American football League comprised of 10 teams. Also co-founded Norway’s first frozen yogurt company, which continues to grow and be a major player in the premium frozen dessert marketplace today.
