Remina panjwani
Dr. Remina Panjwani’s journey is a testament to resilience, determination, and breaking barriers. As the first in her immigrant South Asian family to pursue higher education and a medical career, she defied cultural norms, paving her way from humble beginnings to becoming a trailblazer in the health and wellness sector.
Her path was far from conventional. Straight out of high school, she enlisted in the Air Force, serving in Iraq and drawing inspiration from her time in the military. These experiences fueled her drive to pursue higher education, earning degrees in Nutrition, Medical Science, and a medical degree specializing in Internal Medicine. She began practicing medicine in the hospital during the onset of the COVID pandemic, where she witnessed firsthand the shortcomings of traditional, insurance-driven healthcare.
Recognizing a gap in the system for individuals seeking optimal health rather than just addressing acute illnesses, Dr. Panjwani ventured into concierge functional medicine. Combining the best of Eastern and Western medicine, she established a holistic practice focusing on personalized care, emphasizing prevention, longevity, and optimal wellness.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Panjwani is a passionate entrepreneur, podcast host, and wellness advocate. She conducts workshops, offers corporate wellness programs, and collaborates with local businesses to promote personalized holistic health . Her workshops integrate self-care practices such as meditation, breathwork, and sound baths, empowering individuals and building a healthier community.
As a mom, veteran, and physician, Dr. Panjwani leads by example, showing others that it is possible to balance multiple roles while living a life of purpose. Her mission is clear: to empower people to thrive by addressing the root causes of their health issues, fostering vitality, and creating a lasting impact in the health and wellness space
